1-on-1 Coaching

Rahim follows the ICF Code of Ethics. Confidentiality, its limits and any sponsor reporting are discussed and agreed at the start of the engagement. If your employer sponsors coaching, the agreement clarifies what progress information may be shared and protects the confidentiality of coaching conversations.

Bring a current leadership challenge, decision or goal. Through questions and reflection, Rahim helps you examine your perspective, recognize patterns and identify actions to practise at work. Sessions focus on your development priorities and what you are learning as you apply new approaches.

The duration and session cadence depend on your goals and the scope of the engagement. Discuss these with Rahim before starting, along with what is included and how you will review progress.

Team Coaching

Executive coaching focuses on the development of an individual leader. Team coaching works with the team as a whole, exploring shared goals, relationships and patterns of working. The right approach depends on whether the priority sits with one leader, the collective team or both.

Coaching gives a team space to examine how it communicates, makes decisions and holds itself accountable. Development priorities may include trust, difficult conversations, collaboration or alignment. The goals and ways of reviewing progress are agreed in the context of your team.
