Three Phases to Drive Leadership Impact
Rahim’s coaching programs are designed around three core phases, helping clients gain valuable insights, translate those insights into behavioral change, and create meaningful impact for their leadership, teams, and organizations. Moreover, Rahim teaches leaders and executive coaches how to use the S.O.S Coaching FrameworkTM developed by him.
The journey begins with an exploration phase where the coach and client establish a foundation for growth and determine mutual compatibility. Key activities include:
• Foundation Meeting: Assessing chemistry, setting goals, and clarifying expectations and desired outcomes.
• Three-Way Alignment Meeting: Engaging the coach, client, and executive sponsor to ensure all parties are aligned.
• Data Gathering: Collecting respondent input for relevant assessments.
In this phase, the coach and client collaboratively identify the most suitable assessment methods to support the client’s growth. Stakeholder interviews are conducted to establish a baseline for development. Assessments may include:
• Qualitative multi-rater feedback with 6-8 participants
• Psychometric tools
• A.I. Conversational Style Assessments
• Collaborative evaluations
• Enneagram analysis
• Strengths-based assessments
The final phase focuses on translating assessment insights into actionable leadership development. The coach partners with the client to deliver results, identify growth opportunities, and co-create a development plan. Confidential coaching sessions are conducted bi-weekly or on an as-needed basis. Outputs include:
• Coaching aligned with the development plan
• Implementing and reinforcing micro-changes
• Establishing sustainment strategies for long-term impact
